The **DevOps Change Data Model** is a data model within the [[Build & Integration (CSDM domain)|Build & Integration domain]] of the [[Common Service Data Model|Common Service Data Model]] (CSDM), a reference architecture developed by [[ServiceNow|ServiceNow]] that provides prescriptive guidance on service-related definitions and data modeling within the ServiceNow AI Platform. The DevOps Change Data Model connects [[DevOps (ServiceNow)|DevOps]] toolchains to work and data already in ServiceNow, enabling organizations to accelerate changes while ensuring effective and transparent risk management. The DevOps Change Data Model supports the ServiceNow DevOps Change Velocity capability, which automates change creation and risk assessment based on CI/CD pipeline activities. The underlying data model is available out of box through the ServiceNow App Store, making it accessible without requiring the full DevOps product license. This data model integrates with other CSDM entities including [[SDLC Component (CSDM)|SDLC Components]] for tracking individually developed application pieces, [[Business Application (CSDM)|Business Applications]] from the [[Design & Planning (CSDM domain)|Design & Planning domain]], and [[Application Service (CSDM)|Application Services]] from the [[Service Delivery (CSDM domain)|Service Delivery domain]]. The DevOps Change Data Model enables traceability from development activities through to [[Change management (ITSM)|Change]] processes, supporting the [[CSDM Service Life Cycle|CSDM Service Life Cycle]] flow from Build & Integration into Service Delivery.
