Tables in this domain are operational and are selectable for [[Information technology service management|ITSM]] processes including [[Incident management (ITSM)|Incident]], [[Problem management|Problem]], and [[Change management (ITSM)|Change]] management. The Service Consumption domain contains several key entities: [[Business Service (CSDM)|Business Service]] for services published to business users that underpin [[Business Capability (CSDM)|business capabilities]]; [[Business Service Offering (CSDM)|Business Service Offering]] for stratifying services into availability, scope, pricing, and packaging options with service commitments; [[Service Portfolio (CSDM)|Service Portfolio]] for hierarchical classification of services defining strategic business value; and Request Catalog for providing a consumable view of available products, services, and offerings through catalog items.
