Formerly known as Manage Technical Services, this domain represents tables historically used by IT Operations Management products such as [[Service Mapping (ServiceNow)|Service Mapping]] and [[ServiceNow Discovery|ServiceNow Discovery]], as well as the technology management services portfolio provided for business consumption. Tables in this domain are operational and are selectable for [[Information technology service management|ITSM]] processes including [[Incident management (ITSM)|Incident]], [[Problem management|Problem]], and [[Change management (ITSM)|Change]] management, and are referenceable from [[Customer Service Management (ServiceNow)|Customer Service Management]] through the Install Base Item.
